Adventurers can now spawn at this location or move to and from this location through the portal city in Searagus. Please make sure to read the setting notes prior to playing in this continent as there are a few key things of note to keep in mind when traveling to and from it.

Here is the Setting Info and if you have any questions, feel free to ask them in the comments below. You could hardly walk through the streets without seeing everything decorated for celebrating the holiday that brings people together. But most people were on their way to enjoy themselves, and their partners. And there was no shortage of places to be.

One such place was the Two Handed Cleavage. A squat tavern and inn that provided the city with deliciously greasy foods and frothing ale, served by particularly bouncy waitresses famous city-wide.

Gogo Tomago served as both co-owner and one of the waitresses that tended food. While the flouncy outfits still embarrassed her some, they put money in her pocket. Today, eyes were more off of her and onto their loved ones. Not always, however. Whoops. If anyone caused too much trouble, she had permission to toss them out, and so far nobody's skipped out on their tab today.

comments

Adventurers have long known of the presence of a great beast that lives within the mountains, in vast carved catacombs and chambers. Emberheart, the ancient red dragon. Centuries old, very few alive remember a time before the great dragon inhabited the caves, collecting a treasure hoard of gold and ancient texts, periodically swooping down to the farmlands beyond to pluck unsuspecting livestock for a meal. Few dare to venture into the dragon's lair, thanks to the legends of peril awaiting within.

But how much of this is real, and how much is just legend? Is Emberheart truly a fierce beast, or is there more to the dragon than stories would have you believe? How can you find out? Do you set out for the dragon's lair, head out to catch a glimpse of it flying by, or enact some other plan?

comments

Not spoken of as often, was its bustling night-life. Sure, a tavern or two and a few inns dotted the streets, lanterns swinging in their windows, adventurers huddled around tables filled with maps and silver pieces. The good stuff, as any real local knew, were off the main road, in the endlessly winding alleyways that connected the Trade and Residential District.

There were any number of clubs, brothels, seedy dives, black market shops and otherwise open for business, but club one, despite its unconventional offerings, had managed to make itself a mainstay in the city, after a handful of years of business. Named 'Hevn's Embrace', it was labeled as a Host Club, and open to all.

Inside the Host Club, uniformed men and women stood at each entrance, doubling as greeters and security. It was easy to denote who were the hosts, as even though they were all in different states and style of dress, each person wore a small, silver chain that bore their name in cursive, a lightning bolt charm hanging off the end of the clasp.

The club itself was bathed in soft red, purple and blue hues, lighting up the clusters of wooden tables and chairs that polished to a shine. An elevated stage lay in the front, ruby red curtains drawn at the edges, featuring a five-piece band who played upbeat, bouncy jazz while a female Tengu crooned at a microphone in center stage. At the bar, rows and rows of liquor lined the shelves, some florescent, bubbling furiously or thick and tarry black; it was clear, at least, that many of those brews weren't native to Casale. Two bartenders chatted up patrons, prepared drinks and sent other orders to the well-dressed waiters and waitresses that wove in and around tables.

A cordoned off corner featured plush couches and loungers, lit candles dotting the glass tables at either end. Nestled next to that, a smaller office with a 'GetBackers' sign hang in the frosted window.

On the other side of the Host Club sat booths--small, intimate spaces made for two to four, stained-glass lanterns illuminating the table in soft, multicolored lights. Black curtains hung on tracks around each table, presumably to offer a bit of seclusion amongst the otherwise lively atmosphere. At their edge, a long, dimly lit hallway lined with doors, ended in a turn, a sign stating:

"Privacy Lounge: Please see Genji for Reservations".

All the love, booze, information and company you could ever ask for, coming in all flavors, lay within Hevn's Embrace! Take a load off and relax, or snoop around for your next high-stakes adventure.

OOC Note: Feel free to post a thread as a Host or patron, a meeting spot for business or pleasure, or anything in between! Keep in mind, security will toss out unruly or unreasonable guests.

comments

Smoke and steam plumed in the busy streets as people, and monsters, bustled about. The main difference of this season being the crunch of snow under foot, and the occasional seasons greetings from person to non-person alike.

To Jessica's disappointment, the magic academy had closed for the season. Even worse, the Two-Handed Cleavage, her place of work, was still in full swing. Possibly even busier than usual, as a matter of fact. She would have preferred to go off on a few adventures, but the boss needed everyone on deck. And they pay was just good enough to keep with it.

The famously... 'bouncy' tavern had even decorated for the month. Both the building itself and the city-famous waitresses that staffed it. Jessica was just one of them; she wore a corseted dress of red fabric with white-furred trim to help the staff stay warm, if not more properly supported. It was about as low-cut as her regular wares, so it didn't bother her terribly much.

She alternates between seeing new customers to their seats and serving them. But she knows everyone is here to celebrate. Maybe some of that good fortune can even go her way if she plays it right. ]

comments

For someone of his skills and power, he found a lot of work adventuring, going out into the lands around the city and taking out monsters who thought they could hurt people with impunity. Godzilla hated bullies. And fierce monsters were nothing to him. Very few could stand up to his strength and power. There was little to challenge him...

Taking jobs posted for adventurers was a quick way to make coin. He'd yet to fail when he accepted a job. And today was no different. Hauling the corpse of a slain hydra back to town, Goji managed to collect his reward, and even negotiated a bonus for the effort it took to slay the creature. It was no trouble. Hydras brought back some unpleasant memories. But even if this thing couldn't compare to King Ghidorah in its prime, it still managed to deal some injuries to the great lizard. After getting his pay, he knew he wanted nothing more than a long rest, so he could regenerate his wounds, and a good meal. He'd more than earned it after all.

With a sac of coins in hand, he left to resume his business. The townsfolk didn't fear him like humans in his world did. It was a strange feeling. And yet he still felt like an outsider. What's a huge monstrous beast to do?

comments

At first, Runeterra had been a place full of mystery and fraught with secrets which she set out to uncover but during her time in this place she realized that it seemed every world held it's own set of puzzles waiting to be pieced over millenia by those willing to search for answers. Thankfully, Ahri had the time; she was immortal after all, one of the blessings, and curses bestowed upon here in this place. Not that it was much different than being one of her people, Vastaya were neither mortal or immortal and were something in between due to their mystical nature.

With a scrunch of her nose Ahri paused and sighed. She had let her thoughts ramble on much like she had done in the past few weeks. Her last adventure proved fruitless and she had been feeling annoyed and restless since her return. The soft, cool, midnight air swept through her skin and caused her many tails to sway this way and that and her raven hair to flow with the wind like an onyx ocean mimicking the night sky. The Njari forest which she had made her home always had a way of making her feel at ease in the most wonderful ways whenever she returned and while she did enjoy venturing into the humanoid cities, her place was with nature in the end.

With each step towards her favorite clearing, the soothing scent of wild lilacs rose around her and the sounds of the forest creatures welcomed her with a serenade of chirps and hoots, shrills and songs from various sources and once she reached the clearing they stopped knowing that she'd prefer her moment of peace.

Ahri layed across the log next to a pool of sparkling water and her tails draped below and around her as the most comfortable makeshift bed ever to be seen. Her hand fell besides and she touched the pool gently which caused multicolored ripples to echo outwards towards the other end of the pool and make the lotus plants wade on top as if dancing beautifully. In turn, the flowers on each of these opened up and produced gentle lights of various colors to emerge and float towards the Vastaya, dancing happily around her before slowly landing one by one on her lips, and nourishing the woman who smiled gently. "Thank you," she said in the softest whisper as she turned on her back and her gaze moved to the full moons of this world. So distant, so different and yet so powerful; she wondered what gods or godesses, if any, rules the cosmos of those astral beings.

comments

Death Takes a Holiday

There were far too many open places and spaces. There were many places to hunt, but the cities always bustled with life, and for many, their time had not yet come to be marked. Casale was just one such city. They may not have been on Runeterra anymore, but they still served their purpose. They were the end of all things, eventually. Death had its purpose, and its time. But what was left for the duo when there was nothing to hunt?

Lamb and Wolf remained in the shadows as much as they could. But eventually they would have to step out into the open. They could return to the forests, for food and play, but this was a rare opportunity for them. Soon they would venture out of their alleyways and hiding places, not to track their latest target, but for another form of sustenance.

A street vendor looked very perturbed when the lanky shape of Lamb approached his stall, the larger head of Wolf floating above and behind her over her shoulder. Lamb didn't remove her mask to interact with the man. She stood silently for a moment, then held up one hand, and offered some silver pieces. "I request two of your finest turkey legs," she said in a quiet, wispy voice.

"And hurry, my hunger grows," Wolf snarled harshly.

"Patience, Dear Wolf, I must complete this transaction," Lamb told him calmly. The vendor seemed equal parts nervous and confused as he prepared the meals for them, offering up the slabs of meat for them as if trying to appease a growling dog. Lamb took them both, and quietly left the coins on the cart stand. "Thank you," she told him. "We will see you again, when your time has come. Or perhaps if we are hungry." And with that, she held one of the legs up to Wolf, who clamped his teeth around it and munched greedily, while Lamb walked away, lifting her mask just enough to take a bite out of her own.

comments

He was buff. He made the ground shake when he stomped. And he was in Casale.

The beast called Godzilla didn't have a hard time adjusting to life in this new world. People seemed to fear him a lot less, which was by itself strange and unusual. Zilla's fights tended to involve a lot of property damage, as every monster around came to start shit with him, all to take his crown. As far as he was concerned they could have it. If only they didn't try to threaten the lives of innocents. Monsters had a bad enough rep without that. This place, however, seemed to thrive on adventuring and combat. And yet, it was more peaceful than he was ever used to. If only some of his (admittedly very few) friends could be here too.

Harumph.

The eight foot tall lizard monster tromped down the street. He had some light injuries that would regenerate themselves soon enough, and only wore some pants, more for decency than any kind of protection. His hide was so thick he didn't much care for the injuries he might sustain, or the cold. And he glowered all the way. Just find a place to rest, something to eat. The rest could come later.

comments

Rumors about a store that comes and goes when it pleases, one moment sitting on a corner, the next, it's whisked away to the depths of a back alleyway. But more often than not, one thing remains the same: a downright magical aura surrounds the building wherever it goes, drawing attention to the "we're open!" sign on the door, beckoning anyone on the street to take a peek inside.

What you'll find is a clothing store far bigger on the inside than it would seem from the outside. In a round, circular room, aisles of dresses, shirts, pants, and everything else you could think of hang on racks and mannequins arranged in various poses.

On top of all of THAT, you have decorations; all the colorful, black and orange streamers and pumpkins you could want. Even the cobwebs hanging off the ceiling are designer. Whoever's running this place has surely gotten into the spirit of the season.

"Greetings."

In a puff of smoke, a door leading out of the room opens, and in steps through someone... quite small, cloaked in a dark cape as well as a healthy dose of smoke still clinging to her.

"And velcome to-- auhggh! Hgg!" She descends into a coughing fit halfway to the cash register, ending in a stumbling walk. She gives up the act pretty quickly, lifting her cloak to reveal the young (human) woman with blue hair and bluer eyes. "Ou- our store. How can we help you? Also! I'm supposed to let you know there's a special on costumes this season!"

comments

The grass remained wet-slicked even as students ambled towards the stage and podiums in front of the gardens, that definitely hadn’t been there the previous night.

There was laughter and chatter among the new and returning students as they arrived and awaited the opening ceremonies; students that ranged from pre-teens to elders in a smattering of races that didn’t all appear native to Soreion. Regardless of age, they all wore pressed and clean uniforms, complete with a colored pin on their collars or lapels, denoting their student education level. Those who didn’t meet the required level of tidiness were pulled aside and fussed over by a group of men and women in robes who wore frowns of disappointment and tut tutted as they straightened wrinkles in clothes and smoothed uncooperative flyaways with a wave of their hand.

comments

Ren was on the hunt for viruses that had breached into this world from her own in Cyberspace. She worried about her own world. She had never been away this long. And Gil... She missed him a lot. He'd understand. He always did. But still.

Ydurga had made that loneliness far more bearable with her zeal and passion. They sparred several times, and enjoyed each other's company far more. She sensed Ydurga had been starved for companionship. Fortunately, she was a pretty great companion.

Today they set out into the streets to partake in one of Ren's favourite pastimes, something she so rarely got to do, but something she so enjoyed. And fortunately for her, this city managed to have more than a few boutiques to shop at. Ren looked in shop windows, eyeing various outfits and finery, imagining herself wearing them.

comments

That dark night, the screen illuminated. The device began to vibrate and ring. Light shone forth from the screen, bending and twisting until it formed a swirling vortex. A hail of pixels flew from the screen, and began to assemble themselves into a vaguely humanoid shape on the ground. They quickly gained definition, and when the light died down and vanished, a red humanoid dinosaur figure stood tall.

Gil sniffed at the air. The scent was unmistakeable. Ren had been here. He looked around curiously. But where WAS here? She had been gone for a couple of days now. Far longer than she should have. Tracking breached viruses sometimes took time, but she hadn't called in. Gil ran the risk of disappearing too, but if Ren was in trouble, he wanted to help her.

People did crazy things for love.

He sniffed at the air again, following his nose out of the alleyway, trying to trace her scent. Like booze!

Because it's Valentine's day! And even though Casale didn't originally celebrate the holiday, a endless wave of foreigners shaping the culture of the city had lead to it semi-adopting it, with a twist or two, but more or less the same.

It's a time to drink and be merry! A time to hook up and maybe start something with someone. For Jessica, it's another busy day at the Two Handed Cleavage, the busiest tavern in the city, famous for it's food and waitresses...though not necessarily in that order. The ale moved fast and the tavern's assortment of human and monster servers moved faster, especially with today's special offers for couples and singles alike.

Jessica loathed the job, but a little extra cash never hurt. It just annoys her how her uniform consisted of a tight corset that was always just a little too small to hold her straining bosom, and a bouncy skirt that only seemed to reach mid-thigh, and never for long.

She rotates between greeting new costumers at the door, leading them to their seats to take orders, and heading back to the bar to get those orders. Always with a smile on her face, and one hand ready to conjure a fireball if anyone causes trouble.

comments

Weapons, magical items, mundane objects decidedly not from the more fantasy worlds... Some even brought electronics. And where there were electronics, there were the denizens of the digital world. Not necessarily by choice though.

A long forgotten mobile phone, discarded and inactive for who knows how long, sprung to life spontaneously. It began to vibrate and ring. It shouldn't have been able to do that. The screen illuminated, despite not having any battery power. It got brighter and brighter, and shone a light that projected outward into a swirling vortex. A creature emerged from the light, shimmering as it gained form, stepping into existence. A golden fox that walked on two legs. A slender figure with lovely soft curves and abundant fluff, she gazed around with bright blue eyes at her new surroundings, in some back alley in a city she didn't recognize. The phone she emerged from gave up the ghost, shutting down and falling apart behind her.

Ren held out her hand. A small silver and blue device appeared there. She shook it once. "How can I not have any information about this place?" she mused. "That makes no sense..." The device vanished just as quickly as it appeared. "Very well then." She crouched and kicked off the ground, leaping to the nearest rooftop to begin her search.

comments

Having multiple suns could do that, particularly during the seasons where the celestial bodies were ever closer. However, this was also the best time for celebrations and festivals and any chance to find more interesting ways to beat the heat! Here are a few events, festivals and locations you might want to visit during this summer season!

SOULSURF ANNUAL FESTIVAL:

Soulsurf beach on the south end of the continent was a beautiful yet dangerous location if you ventured too deep into its waters. However, with the proper precautions, it was also one of the preferred places to spend the summer time in and even more so during the annual festival!

It was one with loud music, many bbq stands and performances by popular entertainment groups from all over. The beaches were also being protected by magic so that patrons and their families could enjoy a dip in the unique, cooling, purple waters of the famed beach.

EASY BREEZY CHILLY MOUNTAIN ESCAPE:

The Dragonspine mountains were a great place to spend the summer heat. Particularly at the peak lodges reserved only for this time of year as during the less warm days, this place is treacherous and extremely dangerous due to the extreme cold of the area. During this time however, the balance is comfortable and people flock to the snow powdered mountains to spend some nice, cool time in the many available lodges and activities taking place during this season. Whether you rented one of the many cabins for a snowy escape, or are joining one of the many contests taking place at the peak lodges; you're bound to have a chilly great time up in the mountains.

FLEETING FIRE FESTIVAL:

If you're from Casale, you don't have to go far to enjoy the summer festivities. The Fleeting Fire Festival is taking place in the city and it is full of food stalls, entertainers filling the streets and many different contests to partake on. Come on out, bring the family and enjoy the season in Casale.

OTHER:

The options are almost endless! Whether you want to partake of any of the mentioned options or enjoy the season in your own way is up to you! Every major city of the continent has activities for you to enjoy. There's also many adventurers who take this time to set off on the path of discovery and riches. Whatever you decide to do, just remember to stay safe and do as your heart desires.

comments

The thought of the weakness coming from inside her own head was sickening to her but she choked back her self loathing long enough to take stock of her abilities.

Rising to her full height she opened a hand and a ball of flame appeared, blue and pure. This brought a smile to her face. Glancing idly around and determining she was alone she cast out a pillar of flame from her hand scorching the Earth and melting away the last remnants of a February snow flurry.

"At least I still have what's important." She muttered to herself as she glanced back at the city. She hadn't exactly been popular with the locals due to her short temper and unpredictable nature...perhaps this time she should turn and travel elsewhere. A fresh start where no one knew just how imperfect she was.

But despite that tempting offer she knew she couldn't make such a journey without supplies and so she set into Town to see if anyone she remembered was still around.

Or perhaps she might meet someone new. Someone interesting.

comments

There was a buzz in the air beside the evening cicadas, one that tended to excite the local adventuring fair. The streets were littered with carpenters building what looked like nothing other than stalls and other folk walked the alleyways and pubs, pasting up signs.

The signs themselves were brown and orange and pictured a cheery buxom woman whose tiny top and mounting cleavage could only be held in check by the grace of some god or goddess; and a salaciously eyed man wearing a deep V-top, exposing a chiseled chest and curly hair down to his belly button. They both held aloft gigantic mugs filled to the brim with a frothing liquid and wore matching, bright smiles. In bold, white print the sign read:

THE INTERNATIONAL BREWFEST IS HERE!

Taking place in:

Liberty City

Kabretu

Casale

Tanzanite, the Portal City

Stonehaze

Coalbeer

From: September 20th - November 10th

Come experience the vast flavors of Soreion! Judging by the description, there was plenty of trouble, beer and fun to be had at this celebration, if one went looking for it.

((Feel free to set up a stall, take it as framing for an adventure or anything you'd like! In as densely packed a place as that, temperatures ran high even without the sun beating down on its residents. It fell to the people themselves to find a way to beat the heat on days like this, either through magically-assisted means, or something a bit more practical. And since Gogo had no magical abilities to speak of, but a good head on her shoulders, she ended up going with the later.

Soulsurf beach, this time of year, always had been a popular destination; with the large expanse of sand, both normal and a deep purple, stretching in both directions. And clean, beautiful waters to take a dip in, provided you didn't wade out too far into the deep, unless you're looking to start a fight. It was one of Gogo's days off. So no, she wasn't.

Amidst the crowds of people and their activities more in-line with this world, was Gogo. She managed to find the only store in Casale that sold what came close to one piece swimsuits in this world, and put together enough money to special order something that will be immediately recognizable to some people who weren't of this world: a longboard for surfing.

She's set up on the beach a little ways away from everyone else, just hanging out on the sand with her board, or walking back to the water, never once has she wiped out, yet. If you're familiar to her, she'll spare a chat with you. If she's familiar to you, and you try to talk with her... she may still talk back.

comments

None of it contained words you'd use in good company, but Mindfuck was certain that the elves felt the same way about visitors to their city. Babbleroar of witty insults and snark aside, Liberty City was as elegant as she'd always heard.

Silvers and purples popped from every long, curved and spindled building in the city...and were those actual golden bricks winding up King's Row towards the palace? White marble from expertly carved statues gleamed in the afternoon sun, marked the entrance and exit of each district. Every shop and stall were meticulously clean without one item out of place. She wouldn't stare too long, as her bohemian attire of skirts, shawls and seashell jewelry made her appear as some sort of cove witch, risen from the depths of the ocean to curse naughty Elven children. It wasn't just conjecture--the surface thoughts of the typical Elven populace were strangely in sync when it concerned judging Human fashion.

With a shrug of her shoulders, she continued through the marketplace, intent on perusing the lauded Elven craftsmanship. Next she'd try the central Library and academy--they potentially had the knowledge of what she'd really traveled to the city for. Between that, the restaurants and cafes were famous in this part of the world. She'd might as well make dealing with the incessant, ceaseless drone of the population's minds worth the trip.

((Note: Mindfuck's primary method of communication is telepathy, though she only has access to surface thoughts and feelings unless she digs (though the reverse is almost the same--she can't filter her thoughts so the 'listener' is always aware of them--marked by parenthesis). Let me know anything you don't want her to be aware of if your character is speaking (thinking) with her.

You can catch her anywhere in Liberty City at any time of day, though late evening she's at the library/academy))

comments

Not only was the festival overwhelmed with games and wares, but anyone and everyone had been encouraged to set up their own shop for a week. Giant, prize-winning vegetables were propped delicately along roads weaving throughout the open fields and lanterns hung from poles every few steps. There was dancing, singing and an abundance of friendly chatter and banter, even as some stalls were manned by citizens of Kabretu.

Laughter and cries of merriment rang through the air as the setting sun washed the land in paling hues of red an orange. The fireflies were awake and danced patterns of light to the tune of cicadas, singing some ancient song only they knew. Casale was just a spec on the horizon here in the endless fields of wheat and corn, broken only by large swathes of too-green patches of grass. The breeze carried the scent of baking apples, cinnamon and sugary confections, savory meats and pies and the voices of those calling out to sell their treats.

A winding corn maze to the west cut across the horizon, while the east consisted of a combination of creaking, wooden ferris wheels, carts and and the hum of flashy, magically empowered boats and other rides. On one raised platform sat King Kitton and Queen Ophelia--co-rulers of Casale. They wore smiles of sparkling white as Ophelia spoke animatedly with a group of farm girls and Kitton cast cantrips for the amusement of children. Behind them towered a portrait of the deceased King Milorn, surrounded by wreathes of orange, gold and red leaves.

With so much to do here, where do you even start?

comments

For a locale that enjoys extremely pleasurable seasons, many would say that blazing summer's were the tax for the rest of the year's weather. Regardless however, Casalians enjoyed the season with festivals, plenty of excursions to the beaches and forests as well as simply staying indoors and enjoying some quality times with family or with good company inside the various taverns.

Things seemed to continue as usual, more stability has been enjoyed by the nations and Outsiders are a bit rarer than seasons past. Still, every now and then a new face would pop up and Casale continued being one of the friendlier nations to these mysterious off-worlders. On this hot summer season, how are you spending your time? Are you building more relationships with the locals?
Maybe spending some relax time through the places you are comfortable with or new locales? Or maybe you're a new face trying to figure out this new world. Whatever the case, the world's open to you!

comments

The Majigen had been a horrific experience, stirring up the demonic blood on his veins and waking the beast inside him. But something was different here. He couldn't change himself back... He felt anger, of course, but he felt... more like himself than he ever did, even after training to control his wolf form. It was... unsettling.

He had been in Casale for a few days now, trying to make sense of where he was and what was happening. There was something off about this city though. For one, nobody seemed afraid of him. That was... new. Hmph. He'd scrounged up some food and drink, and wandered the streets, looking for information. He was still getting used to the idea of being able to just walk the streets of a city without having to keep to the shadows in this form. And he was not the most comfortable with this new status quo.

comments
